*** Sooae.ca offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from our website for any reason within 30 days of your original purchase date, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less original shipping and handling fees.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from sooae.ca Products purchased from other retailers or other e-commerce sites may not be returned to sooae.ca, even if they are SOOAE branded products.
All sale items are non-returnable. Only regularly priced products may be returned for refund or exchange. All promotional, sale or discontinued items are final sales and cannot be returned. We value safety and cannot accept any returned packages that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Returned products that do not meet the return criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request.
*** If you received product as a gift product either from SOOAE or friends/families/any others and the product was marked as a gift by the purchaser and shipped directly to you, you will receive a product credit for the value of your return. Gifts may not be exchanged for a cash refund. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for the returned shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will never be refunded unless a shipping error was made by sooae.ca. Examples of shipping errors include incorrect shipping service used after customer selected and paid for other service, incorrect product was shipped, or the product was unusable due to damage incurred during shipping.
Return from Retailers
Products purchased from other retailers (ex. Walmart) or other e-commerce sites may not be returned to sooae.ca, even if they are SOOAE branded products. Please contact the store you purchased from. We do not provide returns or exchanges for retail store purchases.
Shipping for Returned Products
Customer who purchased through sooae.ca may return the package to the designated shipping address and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if the customer service staff have authorized the return. You can contact us if you have any questions firstname.lastname@example.org regards to returning an item. Any orders returned to our facilities without receiving authorization first will not receive a refund or exchange.
